We reserve the right to provide support from the following countries, unless the Customer has specifically excluded a location which may result in delays in support:

Veeva’s Sub-Processors
Sub-processors are third-party vendors that we engage to perform specific data processing activities necessary for delivering our services to customers. Our sub-processors are authorized to process personal data only for the purposes defined below.
In addition to the third-party sub-processors listed below, our subsidiaries and affiliates are considered sub-processors where they perform data processing activities to deliver services to our customers.
Hosting, Infrastructure and Support Sub-Processors
We use the following sub-processors for hosting, computing infrastructure, and to assist with customer support.

We use the following sub-processors to support Veeva Development Cloud applications.
Veeva Development Cloud includes Veeva Clinical Operations, Clinical Data, Veeva RIM and Veeva Safety, all built on the Veeva Vault Platform.

Veeva Data Cloud includes Veeva OpenData, Veeva Link, Veeva Compass and Veeva HCP 360.
While Veeva generally acts as a data controller for these Data Cloud solutions, in limited cases these sub-processors may have access to customer data (e.g., user data).
